1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak97 ("pak97", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak97 platform, website, mobile interface, games, betting services, payment systems, and all associated features (collectively, the "Service").

1.2 By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the pak97 Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pak97's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 pak97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available on the pak97 website. Continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using pak97 immediately.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the pak97 Service. By accessing pak97, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. pak97 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pak97 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak97 makes no representation that the Service is legal or available in any particular location. You must not use pak97 if online gambling is prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not permitted to use pak97:

• Persons under 18 years of age
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from pak97 or any affiliated platform
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pak97 and its game and technology providers
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above

2.4 pak97 may require you to submit identity documents (including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) to verify your eligibility at any stage of your relationship with pak97.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual player may maintain only one (1) active pak97 account. If pak97 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, pak97 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, suspend any associated withdrawals, and void any winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your pak97 account and must update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak97 username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak97 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). pak97 may at any time require you to complete identity and address verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pak97 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both pending satisfactory completion of verification.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pak97 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pak97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pak97 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will communicate any changes to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pak97 is PKR 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional context.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on pak97 is PKR 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. pak97 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah may take additional processing time. pak97 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Method. pak97 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to you.

4.7 Dormant Balance. pak97 is not responsible for funds held in accounts that cannot be verified or where withdrawal instructions cannot be executed due to incorrect account details provided by the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 pak97 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional incentives from time to time. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts — for each promotion are communicated at the time the offer is presented and form part of these Terms when accepted.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and any game contribution weightings applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pak97 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.

5.4 Withdrawal Order. Real money funds in your pak97 wallet are generally used before bonus funds when placing bets. The precise order may vary by promotion and will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.

5.5 pak97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retrospectively affect bonuses already in progress.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak97 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with pak97
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Cheating, match-fixing, or exploiting any software bug or vulnerability in pak97 or its game providers' software
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime
• Accessing pak97 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to pak97 or its support team
• Interfering with or disrupting the pak97 platform, servers, or infrastructure
• Facilitating access to pak97 by a minor or a self-excluded player
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak97 staff or other players

7. Games, Betting & Results

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on pak97 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Fa Chai, and CQ9. Game outcomes are determined by the providers' certified random number generators (RNG) or by live physical game equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels) in the case of live dealer games. pak97 does not modify or influence game outcomes.

7.2 Betting Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pak97, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except where pak97's specific game rules provide otherwise. All bet decisions are final upon acceptance.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the proper recording or settlement of a bet or game round, pak97 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. pak97 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on pak97. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. pak97 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players at its discretion.

7.5 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test matches), UFC, football, and other sports, pak97's sports betting rules — including settlement procedures, void rules, and in-play betting policies — apply and are accessible within the sportsbook section of the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 pak97 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. 18+ pak97 is an adults-only service.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to pak97 may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed via the account settings section or by contacting pak97 support. Once self-exclusion is active, pak97 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the player from accessing the Service for the chosen exclusion period.

8.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits in their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a mandatory cooling-off period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect.

8.4 Session Time Reminders. pak97 provides optional session time notifications. Players are encouraged to enable these reminders to maintain awareness of the time they spend on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the pak97 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and trademarks — is the property of pak97 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak97 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pak97 content without express written permission from pak97.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak97's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak97 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 pak97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pak97 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 pak97 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. pak97's liability for service downtime or technical failures is limited to crediting the value of bets that were directly affected and could not be completed due to the failure.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak97's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 pak97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or detection of prohibited conduct.

11.2 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, pak97 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as player request or service withdrawal — any verified balance remaining after outstanding bonus obligations are resolved will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

11.3 Players may close their pak97 account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests to close accounts for responsible gaming reasons will be prioritised and self-exclusion applied immediately upon request.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 pak97 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By using pak97, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during registration and account use — including identity documents, payment information, and transaction history — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.3 pak97 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies to the extent necessary to provide the Service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 pak97 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the pak97 website. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms page. pak97 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

13.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the amendments take effect. Continued use of pak97 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak97 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Players acknowledge that they are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before using pak97.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pak97 arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you should first contact pak97 customer support. pak97 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to pak97's formal dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from the support team.

14.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
